Accountabilities

You will take ownership of full-stack development initiatives, translating business requirements into reliable applications and supporting solutions from initial concept through production deployment. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Leading sprint activities, including planning, defining clear Definition of Ready and Definition of Done criteria, coordinating with business and product owners, conducting demos, and managing production handoffs.

    • Designing and building full-stack applications that support AI and analytics solutions.

    • Developing reusable tools, frameworks, and components that improve solution delivery across consulting teams.

    • Building intuitive frontend interfaces using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, or comparable technologies.

    • Developing robust backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

    • Integrating applications with data sources, external systems, and enterprise workflows.

    • Implementing secure authentication, data management, and system integrations across cloud environments, including Azure and AWS.

    • Ensuring seamless frontend and backend integration and delivering complete, production-ready features.

    • Applying DevOps and CI/CD practices to support deployment, monitoring, testing, and application maintainability.

    • Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand workflows, clarify requirements, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

    • Rapidly prototyping, testing, and refining solutions with cross-functional teams.

    • Taking independent ownership of technical initiatives and driving implementation in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    • Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced full-stack engineer with strong frontend and backend development capabilities, practical exposure to AI-assisted engineering tools, and the ability to deliver reliable enterprise applications. The following qualifications are expected:

      • 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.

      • Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.

      • Experience developing backend applications and APIs using Python.

      • Hands-on experience with agentic engineering tools and IDEs such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar solutions in day-to-day development.

      • Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint-based delivery.

      • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

      • Experience with containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.

      • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, software testing, DevOps, and secure development practices.

      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

      • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

      • Ability to manage shifting priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

      • Strong ownership, problem-solving, and rapid prototyping capabilities.

      • Additional assets:

        • Experience translating business workflows or operational challenges into technical solutions.

        • Previous experience building enterprise applications or integrating AI-powered workflows into existing systems.

        • Benefits

          • Base salary: CAD $115,000–$140,000 annually.

          • Estimated total compensation, including annual incentive opportunity: CAD $132,000–$161,000.

          • Eligibility to participate in an annual incentive compensation program.

          • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.

          • Access to additional wellness programs and employee benefits.

          • Remote working arrangement with flexibility to live anywhere in Canada.

          • Opportunities to work on innovative AI and enterprise technology solutions.

          • Collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering and consulting teams.

          • Travel as needed.
