About the role
AI Solution Architect at Jobgether in Brazil. Remote, full-time. Posted November 5, 2026.
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Solution Architect based in Brazil.
We are seeking an AI Solution Architect who can bridge business strategy and hands-on technical delivery to build intelligent, scalable solutions. You will work closely with product engineers and business stakeholders to understand complex operational processes and turn them into practical AI-driven capabilities. The role focuses on transforming manual workflows and fragmented knowledge into agentic systems that improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making. You will design multi-agent AI workflows, develop robust data integrations, and help modernize legacy applications. Combining full-stack engineering, enterprise architecture, and rapid prototyping, you will bring ideas from early discovery to production-ready solutions. This is an opportunity to deliver measurable business impact in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Accountabilities:
-
Work closely with client Product Engineers and Master Data teams to understand SKU lifecycle requirements, supply chain sourcing logic, and go-to-market (GTM) workflows.
-
Translate informal operational knowledge, undocumented processes, and manual workflows into structured system requirements and AI-driven use cases.
-
Identify opportunities to use LLM agents to reduce manual intervention and operational bottlenecks, including automated data stewardship, SKU attribute prediction, and anomaly detection.
-
Design and deploy agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen, enabling automated validation of SKU requests, supply chain logic checks, and preparation of production-system payloads.
-
Build resilient backend data pipelines using Python and Databricks to manage non-GTM SKU reservations and track product lifecycle states.
-
Develop bidirectional integrations with Oracle ERP to support real-time status updates and consistent master data synchronization.
-
Architect and rapidly prototype a modern web application using React on the frontend and Python/FastAPI on the backend, replacing legacy Excel-based entry processes.
-
Implement AI-assisted user experience features, including Copilot-style capabilities that guide engineers through SKU creation and automatically populate supply chain and line-of-business (LOB) metadata based on historical patterns.
-
Gather user feedback, refine prototypes, and drive adoption of solutions in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
-
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
-
At least 2 years in a Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level role.
-
Proven experience managing engagements involving teams of 5 or more full-time employees.
-
Strong client-facing skills and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments, gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders, and encourage product adoption.
-
A proactive, consultative approach to shaping solutions through business conversations rather than relying solely on predefined tasks or tickets.
-
Hands-on experience building production-grade Generative AI applications and agentic systems, including multi-agent orchestration, tool/function calling, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) over enterprise data.
-
Strong full-stack engineering skills, including Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django, and modern React.js development.
-
Experience with TypeScript and frontend state management.
-
Background in data engineering and enterprise integrations, including building data pipelines and connecting large-scale enterprise platforms.
-
Experience with Databricks and Oracle ERP, particularly APIs and data models, is highly desirable.
-
Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype solutions, moving from initial concepts to working MVPs within weeks and iterating based on real-time user feedback.
-
Professional English proficiency (B2).
-
A proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
-
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
-
Relevant professional certifications in AI, cloud, software engineering, or related areas.
-
Opportunity to contribute to international projects for leading global brands.
-
Collaboration with highly skilled and diverse teams across different locations.
-
Healthcare benefits.
-
Employee financial programs.
-
Paid time off and sick leave.
-
Upskilling, reskilling, and professional certification opportunities.
-
Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning, including more than 22,000 courses.
-
Global career development opportunities.
-
Volunteer and community involvement initiatives.
-
Employee Groups and opportunities to connect with colleagues.
-
An award-winning workplace culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek, and LinkedIn.
