Responsibilities

The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunction of vehicles and perform repairs.
• Accurately document record of all repairs, services and maintenance performed on vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
• Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• Required: A minimum of 2 years of prior experience as an Automotive Service Technician in a dealership setting. 
• Previous experience servicing Hyundai vehicles is preferred.
• ASE, Smog, and manufacturer certifications are desired.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Compensation

• The estimated hourly production rate range for this position is $33.80 - $38.00.
