We value credentialed technicians for the clinical knowledge, judgment, and communication skills they bring across all areas of the hospital, helping elevate the quality of medicine, client experience, and patient care.

In this position, you will play a key role in both outpatient and procedural workflows, contributing to a consistent, high standard of care throughout each patient visit.

  • Identifying patient concerns and supporting efficient case management across the hospital
  • Building strong client relationships through education, communication, and attentive service

This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy variety in their day, are confident moving between exam room and procedural support, and want to fully utilize their clinical knowledge, technical skill set, and client communication abilities in a collaborative general practice environment.

  • Continuing education (CE) allowance: $500–$1,000 based on tenure and credentials
  • Health benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Life insurance and disability coverage
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off in accordance with site policy and applicable law

  • Uniform allowance

Part-time team members may be eligible for limited benefits in accordance with company policy and state law.

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set:
