About the role

Creator and Influencer Partnerships Manager at Pika in Palo Alto HQ. On-site, full-time. Posted October 27, 2026.

About Pika

Pika is a creative AI company building video generation and creative tools at the frontier of generative media. We empower creators around the world to bring their ideas to life—fast, intuitively, and with imagination. Our team believes in high-ownership, a fast-paced environment, and direct impact on the next era of creative tools.

About the Role

As our Creator and Influencer Partnerships Manager, you will own and execute all aspects of Pika’s creator and influencer programs, transforming every company launch into broad, authentic reach. You’ll lead paid and organic partnership initiatives end-to-end, grow our creator community, and build the playbooks that make every new product drop land. This is a critical marketing and growth role with frequent launches (about every 1 to 2 weeks), impact across product, operations, and community, and close collaboration with the entire Pika team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage creator and influencer strategies for each launch, including sourcing partners, outreach, rate negotiation, scheduling, and approvals.

  • Build and maintain partnership tiers—ranging from tech news amplifiers to paid creators and unpaid community—based on performance metrics (CPM, CTR, sign-ups) and an eye on competitor benchmarks.

  • Author concise creator briefs, early-access guides, and outreach messages; coordinate assets and creative approvals with design and content teams.

  • Oversee creator contracts, onboarding, credit management, and invoicing in partnership with Finance and Ops.

  • Own all measurement: set up UTM links, maintain dashboards, and report on partner campaign outcomes for each launch.

  • Grow and engage Pika’s creator community (Discord, WhatsApp, early access groups, Creator Partner Program), developing programs that add value and recognition.

  • Channel creator and community feedback to Product and Engineering to inform improvements and future launches.

  • Explore and execute new approaches to creator engagement, including events, ambassador programs, and in-person meetups.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in influencer, creator, partnerships, or community marketing, ideally at a tech or consumer product company.

  • Demonstrated history of planning, running, and reporting on paid creator campaigns with measurable results.

  • Proven experience running paid creator/influencer campaigns with budgets of $100k+.

  • Authentic ties in AI, tech, and creator communities across X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Excellent writing and negotiation abilities; able to craft compelling briefs, guides, and outreach copy.

  • Proficiency with UTM tracking, spreadsheets, and basic campaign reporting.

  • Experience managing multiple campaigns or launches simultaneously.

  • Bonus: Experience with Discord or ambassador programs, event organizing, hands-on knowledge of generative AI tools, influencer agency or platform work.

Why Pika?

  • Build products creators love at the cutting edge of generative video.

  • High ownership and autonomy in a small, dynamic team.

  • Fast-paced launches and direct access to leadership.

  • This role is preferred to be based in Palo Alto, with onsite presence in the office.
