You will join a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where strategic thinking, innovation, and measurable impact are highly valued.
Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable marketing operating models and frameworks that enable consistent, high-quality engagement programs across commercial and large customer segments.
- Create standardized member engagement playbooks and B2B2C marketing strategies tailored to customer size, industry, relationship maturity, and product configuration.
- Equip Customer Marketing Managers and Customer Success teams with practical, ready-to-use resources and processes that eliminate the need to build individual campaigns from scratch.
- Partner with Member Marketing, Customer Success, Workforce Transformation, Creative, Operations, and Analytics teams to develop automated and trigger-based communication programs that increase member registration and service utilization.
- Lead the development and management of a centralized library of customizable, brand-aligned marketing assets, templates, and toolkits in collaboration with creative and content teams.
- Establish measurement frameworks, tracking methodologies, and reporting processes to evaluate the effectiveness of scaled marketing initiatives across multiple customer accounts.

- Experience in B2B2C marketing or consumer healthcare environments is an advantage.
- Strong systems-thinking and process-design capabilities, with a proven ability to develop scalable operating models, standardized playbooks, and repeatable marketing solutions rather than focusing exclusively on individual campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with experience evaluating marketing performance across multiple accounts and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement processes that improve marketing efficiency, engagement, and overall program performance.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working effectively alongside Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Analytics, and other business teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and facilitate the adoption of new processes and ways of working.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, including experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with business and marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Highspot, and/or Jira.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and select appropriate methods and strategies in a changing business environment.
- Adaptability and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities may evolve and new challenges require practical, innovative solutions.
- A strategic and collaborative mindset, with a passion for building marketing systems that deliver measurable results at scale.
- Competitive annual base salary: $95,000–$131,000, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, skills, and work location.
- Potential eligibility for discretionary performance-based bonuses.
- Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options.
- Life and disability insurance coverage.
- Access to professional coaching and therapy services.
- Equity opportunities through discretionary restricted stock units (RSUs).
- Competitive paid time off, including vacation days, sick leave, and company holidays.

- 401(k) retirement plan with up to 3% employer matching.
- Monthly technology allowance.
- Employee wellness initiatives, activities, and well-being perks.
- Regular team celebrations, community events, and employee appreciation initiatives.
