Founder's Associate Intern (GTM)

About the Role

Join the go-to-market team at an early-stage procurement technology company, working directly with the founder on active enterprise deals. You will contribute to customer conversations and deal execution while gaining hands-on experience across sales, events, and investor-related work.

What You'll Do

• Research accounts, prepare deal materials, and track next steps for active enterprise opportunities.

• Identify relevant conferences and events, coordinate logistics, represent the company on site, and follow up afterward.

• Create proposals, one-pagers, and other sales collateral for prospective customers.

• Prepare and support workshops and customer or partner sessions, including logistics and follow-through.

• Assist with fundraising materials, investor updates, and ad hoc financial analysis.

• Take on other high-priority projects that help move the business forward.

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying at or recently graduated from a highly regarded university, with 0 to 2 years of experience and ideally 1 to 2 internships.

• Prior exposure to enterprise sales, consulting, or procurement, including experience with live deal research, proposals, and tracking.

• Experience preparing sales collateral and managing event logistics, from planning through follow-up.

• Fluent in German and English, with curiosity about go-to-market work and enterprise sales.

• Proactive and adaptable, comfortable handling both research and coordination as well as strategic tasks.

• Fundraising or investor-related experience and representing a company at customer-facing events are helpful.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany, five days per week. This is a full-time internship lasting 3 to 5 months.
