Fulfillment Admin Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, encoding, and organizing incident reports related to fulfillment operations.

• Maintain and update administrative records, reports, and documentation.

• Assist in monitoring and tracking reported incidents and their corresponding status.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of incident documentation.

• Provide general administrative support to the Fulfillment Operations team.

• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Office Management, Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related course.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets and word processing.

• Has good written communication and documentation skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle records accurately.

• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced operations environment.

• Available to complete the required internship hours.
