HR Generalist

The Role
We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist for Betsson Georgia to own a wide range of HR processes, from HR administration and payroll to employee experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and managing HR documentation and maintaining employee records;
• Owning the monthly payroll process and time-tracking reporting;
• Administering employee benefits;
• Owning the onboarding process for new employees;
• Coordinating mandatory compliance training for employees;
• Planning and delivering employee experience initiatives, including office, team-building and corporate events;
• Owning internal communication activities;
• Keeping HR processes running smoothly and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

• A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources Management or a related field;
• At least 3 years of work experience in HR, including at least 2 years in HR administration;
• Good knowledge of MS Excel;
• Good command of English;
• Strong communication and organisational skills;
• Meticulous and accurate approach to work, with close attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility;
• Ability to handle several tasks at once in a fast-paced environment;
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to change;
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures;
• Experience working with HR metrics and People Analytics;
• Experience working with Jira;
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
