As our Learning & Development Advisor, you'll support the design and development of engaging learning experiences that build capability across Rocket Lab's global workforce. WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:

  • Create scalable learning content for compliance, technical, and operational training programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex information into effective learning experiences.
  • Support and enhance our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions across multiple locations.
  • Provide learning and development advice to leaders and employees.
  • Support the Rocket Lab Academy as a backup facilitator.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years' experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience developing e-learning content, with strong proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning technologies.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with AI tools in a learning environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or other technical industries is highly desirable.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We’re on a mission to unlock the potential of space to improve life on Earth, but that’s not an easy task. It takes hard work, determination, relentless innovation, teamwork, grit, and an unwavering commitment to achieving what others often deem impossible. Our people out-think, out-work, and out-pace. We pride ourselves on having each other’s backs, checking our egos at the door, and rolling up our sleeves on all tasks big and small. We thrive under pressure, work to tight deadlines, and our focus is always on how we can deliver, rather than dwelling on the challenges that stand in the way.
