A Day in the Life:

  • Oversee daily office operations and facilities, including reception, visitor experience, meeting spaces, maintenance, workplace moves, building access, parking, security, supplies, mail, couriers, and common areas
  • Manage relationships with building representatives, contractors, and vendors; coordinate services and repairs; monitor office expenses; and identify opportunities to improve the workplace
  • Plan and execute employee, client, and branch events from concept through completion, including venues, suppliers, catering, communications, logistics, and on-site coordination
  • Lead the branch’s Health, Safety and Environment Committee, coordinate inspections and internal audits, and support emergency preparedness and first-aid activities
  • Co-chair the branch Social Committee, helping plan and deliver inclusive activities that strengthen connection and engagement
  • Support employee onboarding, meeting coordination, branch communications, credit card reconciliation, expense reporting, and other administrative and operational needs

What You Bring:

  • Five or more years of progressive experience in office management, corporate services, facilities, hospitality, events, or a similar workplace operations role
  • Experience independently managing office operations, vendors, facilities, events, and competing priorities
  • Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and attention to detail
  • A professional and approachable style, with the confidence to work effectively with employees, clients, vendors, and senior leaders
  • Experience supporting workplace health and safety activities is an asset
  • A diploma or certificate in business administration, facilities management, hospitality, event management, health and safety, or a related field is an asset

Why Work at Long View?
