This role offers exposure to global financial systems, cross-functional collaboration, and complex ERP integrations.
You will also contribute to process standardization, operational resilience, and future ERP modernization initiatives.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will help ensure that essential Oracle EBS Project Accounting processes are well understood, documented, and supported. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Review project lifecycle activities, including project setup, cost collection, revenue generation, billing, and project closure.

    • Observe month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close procedures to document process steps, dependencies, and control points.

    • Identify process dependencies, operational risks, knowledge gaps, and opportunities for standardization.

    • Support knowledge transfer activities and reduce reliance on individual employees for critical operational processes.

    • Work with Oracle EBS functional consultants, technical support teams, cost accounting specialists, and business systems analysts.

    • Contribute to process improvement, governance, and operational excellence initiatives.

    • Help strengthen financial reporting accuracy, audit readiness, business continuity, and organizational resilience.

    • Requirements

The ideal candidate combines strong ERP and project accounting knowledge with experience in business process documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and operational support. The following qualifications are expected:

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

      • At least 7 years of experience supporting ERP systems, Project Accounting, Project Systems, or business operations processes.

      • Experience working with Oracle EBS Projects, Oracle Project Accounting, or comparable enterprise ERP Project Systems solutions.

      • Understanding of project financial management processes, including project costing, burdening, revenue recognition, billing, funding, and project close.

      • Experience documenting business processes, operational procedures, workflows, and support runbooks.

      • Familiarity with financial close activities and enterprise ERP support operations.

      • Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

      • Experience facilitating process workshops and collaborating with subject matter experts across Finance, Project Accounting, and technical teams.

      • Background in process improvement, operational excellence, governance, or standardization initiatives.

      • Ability to identify operational dependencies, risks, and knowledge gaps while developing practical solutions.

      • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

      • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and translate complex system activities into clear operational guidance.

      • Benefits
