As we continue our rapid global growth, we're looking for a People Experience Operations Partner to join our international People team based in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the employee experience for a growing global workforce while helping scale operations in one of the world's most innovative technology 

About the Role

As our People Experience Operations Partner, you'll own and deliver key people operations activities across assigned international locations. You'll ensure employees and managers receive a seamless experience throughout the employee lifecycle, while balancing global consistency with local employment requirements.

This role combines hands-on operational excellence with process improvement and strategic partnership.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional employee experiences across onboarding, employment changes and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate employment documentation, eligibility checks, systems access, payroll setup and benefits administration.
•  Partner with managers and employees to provide timely, responsive and empathetic support.
• Maintain accurate employee data, HR systems and personnel records.
• Liaise with payroll providers, benefits partners and employers of record (EORs).
• Support performance review cycles, promotions, talent reviews and development programs.
• Coordinate international mobility activities, relocations, work authorisations and transfers.
• Contribute to compliance, reporting, audits and employment process governance.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and scalable ways of working.
• Support international growth initiatives, including new-country and entity launches.
 

 

What You'll Bring

Required Experience
• 5+ years' experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a related HR function.
• Hands-on experience supporting employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, payroll coordination, leave administration and benefits support.
• Experience maintaining HRIS records, analysing people data and driving operational excellence.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and collaborate across multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset.
• Demonstrated success improving processes through automation, systems enhancements or continuous improvement initiatives.
  Preferred
• Experience with UKG, Workday, Jira, or similar HR technology platforms.
• Experience working with international mobility, EOR providers, new-country expansions or entity transitions.
• Experience in a high-growth technology, engineering, aerospace or defence environment.
• Additional language capabilities.
