The Role

Join Veeva as we implement the agentic CRM for Life Sciences. Vault CRM is bringing next-generation technology that provides customers with a fast path to AI. Our CRM product leverages AI to work smarter and faster, increase productivity, streamline processes, and facilitate critical HCP relationships.   Veeva Systems drives innovation for our customers. In this role, you will lead a professional services team focused on customer success from implementation and beyond. As a practice manager, you lead a team that excels in software implementation delivery.   Managing with a focus on operational excellence includes:

Are you ready to leverage your leadership to help our customers bring innovative new therapies to patients worldwide, with speed?   This is a remote, US-based, position with required travel.

What You'll Do

• Lead a Professional Services team that delivers Vault CRM across North America
• Responsible for hiring, performance management, and mentorship
• Provide executive oversight of internal initiatives and project sponsorship
• Cultivate trusted relationships with customers
• Build an internal network across Veeva – Sales, Strategy, Product, and Services - to champion customer and employee success

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software implementation experience at a software vendor or consulting firm
• 2+ years in people management
• Has grown and led an implementation or professional services team
• Operational excellence in leading Services including tracking to business metrics, utilization and resource management
• Comfortable working in system and willing to do an implementation
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Compensation

• Base pay: $100,000 - $200,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
