Remote Nurse Practitioner

Included Health is seeking experienced and mission-driven Nurse Practitioners to support our fast-growing virtual care team. Minimum Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure within state of residence, in accordance with state requirements
• Board certified - Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
• Active RN compact license
• 3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care or urgent care 
• Experience and ability to treat all ages across the lifespan (newborn-geriatric) 
• Active multi-state licensure preferred 
• Must maintain active Medicare status

Urgent Care NP — Schedule Options:

Part-Time Contractual Schedule

• Minimum of 20 clinical shift hours per week, or 40 hours per pay period

• Weekday evening shifts scheduled between 3:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. in your time zone

• Every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday shifts are required

  • Eight hours per day, scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. in your time zone

  • Weekend shifts rotate between day and evening coverage every other weekend

  • Minimum of two holiday shifts per calendar year

  Modified Full-Time Schedule

  • 32 hours per week, or 64 hours per pay period

  • Weekday evening requirement: a minimum of eight hours per week scheduled between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. in your time zone

  • Every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday shifts are required

    • Eight hours per day, scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. in your time zone

    • Weekend shifts rotate between day and evening coverage every other weekend

    • Three holiday shifts are required per calendar year

    Full-Time Schedule (Not available at this time)

    • 40 hours per week, or 80 hours per pay period

    • Weekday evening requirement: a minimum of eight hours per week scheduled between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. in your time zone

    • Every fourth weekend, both Saturday and Sunday shifts are required

      • Eight hours per day, scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. in your time zone

      • Weekend shifts rotate between day and evening coverage every other weekend

      • Three holiday shifts are required per calendar year

      Schedules shown are examples. Exact start and end times, weekdays worked, and weekend rotations are determined based on business needs and patient volume at the time of hiring. All times are based on the clinician’s local time zone.
