Sr. Integration Consultant

About the role:

You'll be the technical partner our largest customers rely on to connect Hi Marley to the systems they already run. As a senior member of our Customer Delivery and Deployment team, you'll own Tier 1 integrations from onboarding through long-term health, working directly with customer IT teams on designs that hold up. You'll also help set how the team works, turning what you learn on each integration into the playbooks others build on. If you'd rather be the consultant in the room than the order-taker, you'll love this role.

Teamwork and shared enthusiasm are a core part of our culture, which is why this role involves joining us in the Boston office for 3 days each week.

What you'll do:

• Own Tier 1 customer integrations end to end, from first design through long-term integration health
• Architect and troubleshoot multi-system API and webhook integrations, designing new approaches when established patterns don't fit
• Lead technical conversations with customers, translating complexity into clear guidance and pushing back on designs that won't work
• Guide teammates with design and troubleshooting feedback, and build the playbooks and reusable patterns that make Tier 1 delivery repeatable

Your first year

• First 60 days: You're running SSO, SFTP, and integration support work on your own.
• By month 3: You've taken on management of our partner program.
• By month 4: You're the go-to integration consultant for our Tier 1 customers.
• By month 6: You're ready to support RFPs and pre-sales conversations on the integration side.

What you'll bring

• 7+ years of related experience, including 4+ years owning enterprise customer integrations end to end in SaaS implementation, API integration, or technical consulting
• Hands-on depth in REST APIs and OAuth, and a habit of tracing integration issues to the root cause
• A track record of leading customer technical conversations on your own, including escalations, and mentoring less-experienced teammates
• Able to work from our Boston office 3 days a week

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance or the P&C technology ecosystem
• Exposure to AI/ML tools and automation

Compensation, Benefits & Perks:  

At Hi Marley, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices. The annual base salary for this role is expected to fall within the range of $109,200 – $171,600, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Offers are determined based on these factors as well as internal peer equity. It’s most common for new hires to start near the midpoint of the range, allowing room for growth as employees develop in their role.
